I got the mother of all DVD's yesterday. It's the box set of the Family Guy seasons 1 and 2. Now all I need is season 3. (it's on my wish list ;)~ )
I also saw "50 First Dates" today. I really liked it!!!! Adam Sandler looked REALLY good in that movie. I dunno if anyone else has ever noticed (besides and and Tasha) but He's is a GOOD LOOKING GUY! I know he may come off as ugly when you first see him, but he's actually VERY good looking. But, alas, he's married. ::sigh:: :(. I like that quote though that goes "Guys are like parking spaces, all the good ones are taken". lol. I dunno who said it, but it's true! and it really sucks...

I mainly took this picture to show you all John's other tattoo. Isn't it cool?! I wanna get one, but Im WAY too chicken. I just stick with the temporary ones. lol. Who knows, maybe when i'm in L.A. i'll surprise my dad with one. LOL. I think I'd get my ears pierced again before I'd get a tattoo though. I wanna get two more earings in each ear.
Kristin asked me to write about her today, so i'm gonna. :-D yay! doesn't kristin feel special!!!!!!!!! I'm talking to her right now as a matter of fact! Kristin rocks!!! she's the bestest friend ever!! It's I love Rae day!!! lol! heres part of our convo:

I burned my Mitch Hedberg CD for Chad and he was listening to it durring guitar class and cracking up. LOL Chad is too funny. One of his funny lines "From now on, I want to be known as El Dorado!" ::plays mexican music on guitar.:: LOL, taht was too funny.

Well, driver's ed started yeterday. i can tell already that it's gonna be a complete waste of my time. My teacher is a complete air-head (just like everyone else at AAA), and I have a feeling he has no idea what the hell he's talking about. I mean, he can't even work a VCR for God's sake!!! ::sigh:: oh well. I guess all my learning is gonna be up to my dad.
I was so pissed today. Katie was bothering me about the damn prom again. She's been bothering me since I was a freshman to go to the damn thing, and my answer is still the same. I think you can guess what it is. I was never really a dance person. I went to like 2 in middle school, and Mike had to beg me to go to the formal dance in 8th grade. I still don't understand what all the hype is about. it's just a dance! nothing special! it doesn't "celebrate" anything. Who knows, maybe I'm saying this out of the hatred I have for my school, or the fact that I KNOW I'll never get a date to the damn thing If my life depended on it, but I still stand by my 4-year decision to not go. I don't see the purpose of it. The only way in hell I would consider going is if I got someone really cool to go with me. Im not talking the "common student" cool. I'm talking "celebrity" cool. But Lord knows that will never happen.
I got a letter today (well, actually my dad got a letter) about the after graduation party. yeah again, F*** that. Everyone knows the only reason why they're having that is so people don't go out and get drunk afterwords. But, obvoiously, people are going to. Thats how dumb this town is. ::sigh:: I give up. I hope L.A. is better than here. Not going to taht either. and yet again, everyone has been bothering me about not going to that either. Can't people just leave me alone?!?!?!?!

Today's topic:
The evolution of John T. Rzeznik.
This picture is from the "We are the Normal" video which was filmed around 1993. As you can see, he has some issues with his hair here,but everyone pretty much was wierd looking back then. His clothes are pretty much normal for 1993. I remember watching people on TV and seeing them dressed pretty much like that, even though we look at it now and think "what the hell?!?".
This picture is from a TV appearance. (Jay Leno). This was after the previous picture, even though the song they are playing is "Two Days in February" which was written before "We are the normal". But, I know this was after because he has one of his tattoos already. My guess is, this was somewhere around "95-96" As you can see, we're making progress. This is pretty much how he dresses now. I have pants like the ones he's wearing :-)~ But his hair looks a lot nicer in this one. It's not styled that much, but that will soon change.
This one is from the "Slide" video. Here he's starting to get his punk image under way. notice the big necklace/earrings and bleached hair. I really like that shirt too. nice color for him. And MAN I WISH I WAS THAT GIRL! LOL.
Here we have John pretty recently. This is from the "Sympathy" video. Here is fully tattooed and jeweled up. I love the tattoo on his left arm thats on the window. But, you can't see it :-( This is John how us female Goo Goo Dolls fans like him. Although, I must say, I like him with his hair a little longer than that. I know this picture is horrible, but angelfire has the ability to ruin any picture you can dish out.

Nothing happend today. Absolutly nothing. The major event of the day was, I cleaned my room. LOL. It needed it badly. I had piles of crap everywhere. especially my desk...man, was that a disaster.
I also just watched The Family Guy. But I already saw it when we watched it in Psych. LOL- great episode.
Alright...ummm...nothing else left to say.

I'm happy. My Valentines day was nothing special, but I'm alright over all.
I spend my Valentines day with my mom, and working. Not the best way to spend it, but hey, I didn't ahve anything else planned with anyone "special" so why not right? My dad got me a Valentines present! he got me the South Park Bigger, Longer and Uncut DVD. I watched it last night. HISTERICAL! LOL! sooooo funny. I'm starting to get into that show more. It's just so funny. It's that controvercial funny stuff like "the Family Guy" (which i get to watch tomorrow night...YAY!)
I met a guy online today from a town like 10 mintues away from me and i kinda know him cuz he used to work at the coffee place next to my store in the mall. It's kinda weird meeting someone online who lives near you. I remember reading about a guy and a girl who met online and they talked for the longest time and they ended up living in the same apartment building next door to each other. I think they ended up getting married. Talk about freaky...
Today after Church, I went out to breakfast with my dad, my grandma, Ellen (my aunt) and John (her boyfriend). I love going out with them. It's so much fun. We always laugh sooo much. Although, I will admit, it is a little creepy when John stares at me. Ill just be minding my own business or whatever, and I'll feel someone staring at me, I'll look at him, and there he is eyes wide open looking at me. kinda scarey... But alas, we had a great time.
Anyways. Im gonna go watch "Pirates of the Caribbean" (Johnny Depp ::drool::....Orlando Bloom...::drool) LOL ;)

::sigh:: I should be happy. Things are going pretty well....I guess.
We got our tickets for L.A. last night. We're definatly going!!!! I can't wait!!!! It's not that far off either! We're leaving April 21st and coming back the 27th. Im SOOOOO Happy. I finally told Katie that we are going too, and that went way better than I had thought so, that was good.
I got a tape in the mail from jeannette today. she taped a ocuple clay appearances for me that I missed. Thanks!!!!!
I talked to Tasha for a minute today. I haven't talked to her in a LOOONNNGGGG time. I haven't had a civil converstaion with her since like last year. I dunno. Theres something about her that bugs me. There always was though. Ever since I can remember.
Acting class was really fun today. We did that "match your body to music with no talking" thing. We've done most of the same songs from last year, but today was fun, cuz I was in Luis's group FINALLY! And convienantly enough it was for the "hairball" song. LOL. Long story.....
Guitar class today was HISTERICAL. Chad for some reason decided to act mexican. He was wearing a button down shirt and just buttoned the top button, then he borrowed my bandana and tied it around his head and played that El Dorado music on his guitar. LOL! It was the funniest thing I've seen in a while. Then we were going back and forth saying lines from Mitch Hedberg's Comedy Central Presents special. He's an awesome kid. Gatta love Chad.
Aaron chucked a piece of cardboard at me today at work. LOL. thanks Aaron.
I don't know why I feel like such crap. Everything Is going fine and I just feel like crap. I had a great day, I got a good report card (3.4 GPA), and I still don't feel like I should. I'm just not happy.
Tomorrow we have to get fitted for our cap and gowns for graduation. I might just skip it so I don't have to participate in graduation. I really don't want to. But my mom will shoot me if I don't. ::sigh:: I suppose if I had more school spirit none of this would be so bad, But since I hate my school so incredibly much...it kinda sucks. I don't wanna go to graduation, I don't wanna go (and am not) going to the stupid prom, I don't wanna do anything damn it!!! My number one mission is to make it out of there alive.
I think I'm getting sick. I feel like I'm getting a fever. Great.

I swear, I can't wait till the end of this week so it's VACATION!!!!! Im getting so sick of school, but surprisingly, it's going by really quickly. I mean, It's already Februrary and the second semester! only about 4 months left!!!
Well, Saturday is Valentines day. Guess whose got nobody. ::raises hand:: I went to CVS today to get my candy to give out to my friends and I say these heart shaped tins of choclate that had Elvis on them. I want one sooooo bad!! I love Elvis! They had a nice one with a picture of him that was sorta close up. I Loved it! and I would love to get a valentine from someone other than a girl friend. ::sigh:: but alas, it shall never happen. It's probably a good thing I don't have a boyfriend cuz I probably couldn't stay committed anyways. I love celebrities too much. That, and no one around here is really worth committing to. I actually have to work on Valentine's day so, I can't do anything even if I wanted to. And I'm gonna be with my mom in the morning, so that rules out everything. Oh well.
I can't wait till May 14th. Thats when the movie Troy (with Orlando Bloom <3 ) comes out! Me and Katie are going to see it right away. I got the whole day figured out. Right after Katie gets out of school, we're gonna go to the theatre and see Troy then, after that, We're gonna go back to my house and watch Pirates of the Caribbean! LOL! it's gonna be an Orlando night!!!!!! Whoo!
Anyways. I gtg- getting caught up in another conversation...maybe I should have my away message up while im updating my blog....

Today was pretty much boring. A few little "okay" things happend though.
This morning at church Rick called me up to use me as an example durring his sermon. LOL. kinda funny. I was just sitting there at my computer and he's like "stand up Lauren!!" LOL.
UConn won again today!!!! They killed Miami. Very good game, but the second half was boring. It was pretty much a wash-out. Next game is Wednesday at Syracuse (sp?) I was a little mad at Geno though. They interviewed him after the game and he said that even though they won, they played like crap. They had like 33 turn- overs. I mean, tahts not somehting to be proud of, but it's not like Miami did anything with those turn-overs. But I'll tell you one thing. Jessica Moore was ON today. She was awesome!!!! and even Sherwood played decently. I was soooo shocked considering she's horrible....
We're getting our tickets for L.A. soon!!!! I think on Tuesday. YAY!!! i gatta talk to Jeannette cuz i'm gonna make her my tour guide. ;) LOL.
I can't wait till this week is over...next week is VACATION!!! I get to watch The Family Guy every night!!! except Friday cuz it's not on...

Omg, I'm sooooo mad. So incredibly mad it's not even funny. It's indescribable how mad I am. I can't put it in words. Did ANY of you watch the Uconn and Tennesee came?!?!?!?!??! ANY OF YOU?!?!?!??!?! OMG!!!! TALK ABOUT BLIND REFS!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY CALLS THEY MADE WERE AGAINS UCONN!!!!! HELLO!!!!! Some girl came around and smashed Taurasi in the neck and they said it wasn't a technical!!!!!!! Instead, they called it on Moore who was running around her for the pass. Yeah, great job!!!! I think we got maybe 5 fouls called in our favor the whole game, while Tennesee was getting fouls left and right when nobody even touched the players. You should have heard me and Rae YELLING AND SCREAMING at the TV. I said words, I didn't really wanna say.... And I honest to God can't stand Pat Summit. She's AN ASS HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yelling at the ref for over the back when everything is going her way in the first place. UConn did win by the way. But They weren't playing that well. They were compeltely not playing anything that remotley resembled defense. They were giving their players WAY too much room and then they couldn't get around them when they drove for the basket. It unbelieable. And for SOME odd reason, Gino didn't put Morgan Valley in for the WHOLE game!!!! Instead he puts Sherwood in who can't even move down the court! By the end of the game Diana Tauarsi fouled out and Ashley Battle and Ann Strother were about to foul out. I will admit they got their act together a little bit towrds the end of the game. But the refs just pissed me off and Pat Summit was using that to her advantage. I honestly can't stand her. If I were a ref, I'd be calling technicals on her left and right.
Anyways........
Michael Keown got cut from American idol. I jinxed it. OMG, i was soooooooooo sad. And Still. the red haired guy is still on though and he's probably my second favorite. Michael did say that he was gonna try out again next year. I think the thing that got him kicked off was he talked back to Simon a little bit. He screwed himself bigtime by doing that. Im glad that damn scooter girl got kicked off too. she was nausiating. Couldn't stand her. And Alan Ritchman got kicked off too THANK GOD. he was another winner. ::Rolls eyes:: Loser. Hott, but a VERY big loser. Anyways. I need to cool off. Im very upset right now. Ciao. Pray for no school tomorrow! especially since i haven't done an ounce of my homework...

OMG, I'm sooooo tense. In just 29 minutes, American idol is gonna be on. Why am I tense you ask? because I've recently became a fan of a dude on it. His name is Michael Keown. Omg, he's so adoarable and he's a GREAT GREAT singer. Im tense because i hope he doesn't get cut tonight. He didn't get cut in the first round of cuts which was last night. ::Crosses fingers::omg, soooo scared...so scared.... They're gonna be illiminating A LOT of people because theres like 80-something and they have to get it down to the top 32. I hope he AT LEAST makes it through tonight. Omg!!!! AHHH!!!!!! HELP!

Hello! I'm back!!
Yes, it's been over a week since I updated last. I've been meaning to for the longest time but never got around to it.
It's been a great week, thats for sure. I didn't even ahve to go to school for most of it. I went on Monday which was a normal day, then on Tuesday I had 2 exams so I went in at the normal time and stayed till 10:45. Then on Wednesday we had a wicked snow storm so school was canceled..not that I had to go anyway because I didn't have any exams taht day. The exams on Wednesday were pushed forward to Thursday because of the snow so I didn't have to go on Thrusday either!! hehe! I had to on Friday for one exam. Went in at 9:00 and left at 10:45. I don't have any exams tomorrow either! Three day weekend!!!! yay!!!
Yesterday Lauren came in to see me at work yesterday. She once again hurt her arm. I swear, one of these days I'm gonna see her whelling herself around in a body cast. Poor girl, always getting hurt or sick. I was teasing her because she told me she has to buy a dress for her cousin's wedding. hehe! LOL.
I started a charm bracelet. They're really cool! i have one with links on it and you replace the blank ones with ones with stuff on them. so far for mine I got a smiley face, a "L", the kids with cancer ribbon (in honor of Git :) ), a basketball, and an American flag. Lauren said she has one with a sun on it that she's gonna give me because she has an extra. yay!
If you haven't noticed, I put up music on here. And surprisingly enough, it didn't take that long to upload. I just hope it doesn't exceed my bandwidth and ruin everything.
Today me and my dad are having a superbowl party. A bunch of my dad's friends are coming over and rae and katie are coming to entertain me for a little bit. Lauren called me and invited me over to her house to have a non-superbowl party. She said we could wear all black and not watch the game. LOL, just like last year when we had our "non-prom". We'll probably do the same thing this year too. Yeah, guess whose NOT going to the prom! ::points at self::

Anyways, I'm gonna get on KaZaa and see how my stuff is doing.
