I'm titling this entry "Good things". Because it's going to be all about good things :-P. Go figure!!!!

So, I filled up my gas tank in New Jersey on the way back from Philadelphia. When I got home I had just under a half of a tank. That was almost one week ago and I still have a quarter of a tank left. Oh. My. Gosh. I am LOVING all the money I am saving on gas. I never thought this was possible. Haha!. I am so freaking happy. Gone are the days of long travels to work over crazy roads!!!!!!! It actually wasn't THAT bad....but...eh, I'd still rather not!!! Heh, it was funny, the other day I drove over a bridge that goes over the highway and I could see the traffic, and I actually said out loud "HA! No more of that!!!!" Seriously, it's awesome. I am high on the extra money in my pocket!!!!

I really am loving my new job. I would say about 95% of the people I've met so far (as far as co-workers go) have been really nice. I haven't had many bad customers yet, and I'm always busy so the time flies by. Not to mention the fact that I'm getting paid a lot more, combined with the extra savings on gas.

New Lewis Black DVD came out today...really really want it. Perhaps I'll hit up Best Buy in the morning and pick it up. It's definitely a must-have for me!!!

Going to start scrap booking my pictures from Philadelphia pretty soon...maybe I'll do that on my day off next week :-P

My leaky faucet is fixed! yay!!! so now I don't have to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid hearing the dripping of it anymore. They're still coming back to fix the tiles on my shower wall.

Here is my list of things to buy (hopefully by the end of this year:
- New office chair
- New lamp (one the isn't a halogen and a major fire hazard...lol)
- New bed!!!!
- Some sort of video game system

I really need to start shopping for a new bed. I mean, I'm almost 24 and I still have a twin...that's a little pathetic. Plus, I have the room now since I have a way bigger bedroom than I did when I was living at the condo with my Dad. Hopefully by the end of the year I can get my finances together and do that :). Perhaps I'll wait and do that around Christmas so I can ask for sheet sets for Christmas gifts! :-D haha.

Anywhoo.....I guess that's it for now....Ciao Bella!

So many things have happened since I last wrote in here, I don't even know where to begin....

First and foremost, after many months of searching and searching, (although not all at once) I finally got a new job. I am finally free from the hell that was Borders. I could not stand that place anymore. I am never spending another penny in that store ever again. And I encourage everyone to refrain from shopping there as well. They are nothing but slimy, un-forgiving morons and I won't have anything to do with it anymore. Anyways, I am now an employee of Whole Foods Market. A Fortune 500 company with fantastic benefits, fantastic people, and fantastic products. So far it's going really well. It's always busy so the time goes by really quickly. It's a lot of information to learn, but It's interesting so it's fine with me! I'm making way more money, getting treated way better, and it's way closer to where I live so I'm saving soooo much money on gas and wear and tear on my car. It's awesome. Not that it's not a little stressful, but nowhere near close to the amount of stress that I was dealing with before. I feel like I had a giant weight lift off my shoulders. And it feels good! The best part about it was, my closest buddies there, all left within a few weeks of each other. Although, I do miss seeing all of them on a regular basis. But, I'm so glad that all of us escaped!!!! :-D

For a little get-away, Sam and I spent this past Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in Philadelphia. She told me a while back that she had gone there for something and really enjoyed herself so we decided to take a trip there together. We had the best time ever. Only thing was, I really wish we could have spent more time there. We'll have to go back again soon!!! I loved it. I could totally live there. It really isn't that bad for a city. I didn't feel at all un-comfortable walking around there at night or anything. There's a TON of stuff to do and see. We went to a few museums, shopped, and went sight-seeing. We also had some GREAT food. It was so much fun. Our hotel was really nice and had a roof-top pool! It was in a really great location too. Just outside of anything too busy. Although driving from the highway to the hotel, and from the hotel to the highway was no picnic...it was a little nuts, but I did it with the help of my trusty TomTom!!! There is no way in hell I could have done it without that thing...no way in hell....Can't wait til our next trip back!! I also learned on that trip that an EZPass is probably a good investment. The only other bad thing that happened was I got sunburned.....oops.

As I write this, Belle has decided to make herself comfortable on my bed. she's so cute ^_^

I really need to get on the horn and figure out what to do for my Dad for Father's Day....I have a couple ideas, which is good..considering he is the hardest person in the world to buy for. I'll probably just subscribe to that magazine that he likes.I've already exhausted all the other stand-by's!

On another note...I really need a paycheck. My last check from Borders wasn't much, and my first one from Whole Foods wasn't much either since I only worked about 3 days....ah!! oh well, Next one should be fine. :-P

Anywhoo. that is all. Until next time....

I don't care if we don't have the same tastes or disagree about things. We're all different, and you're welcome to your opinions. You may find many things about me that you don't like. But when it boils down to it, I don't care. If you don't like what I write, don't read it.
ABOUT ME:
I'm normal, but I'm completely different. I should have been born about 20 years before I actually was. Most of the music I listen to, the way I dress, and the way I think all go back to that time. As a result, I relate a lot better to people who are older than me. I'm completely independent and rely on nobody except myself (and God). I've been living on my own for 3 years. I didn't really go to college. My goals were just different than most peoples. I wanted to be out on my own and working rather than sitting in a classroom with no real direction. Besides, school is just not for me. I enjoy learning when I'm not forced to do it. I read constantly and am always learning new things. I hope to be involved with TV, music, or movies in someway. I would also love to write. I'm a realist. I have an excellent head on my shoulders. I have more common sense than most people. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with God. The best advice I can give to anyone is laugh.....always :)
